‘The spores meander some 100m along the forest floor creating a trail of discovery that takes the viewer off the path and into the woodland either physically or visually for the less able bodied.’

Made of oak, the installation originally consisted of 36 giant Fern spores wandering upwards from the Ridding Wood Trail. The sculpture was officially taken off the Grizedale sculpture map in 2013 but at least one spore still remains.
